- Certified Copy of Deceased ID
Based on the merits of your claim we may also require the following information,
- Police Report
- Witness Statements / News-Paper Clipping
- Letter of Authority / Executorship
- Post Mortem Report
- Blood Alcohol Results (If Applicable)
